I want to recommend an exhibition which I managed to catch again: The Press Photographer's Year [link] Unfortunately, due to train times, I only managed to spend 20 minutes there at the National Theatre. I must go back and visit (before it ends in July). Superb photography exhibition showing the best press images of 2005. Many are stunning and take your breath away. That's what I'd like to work towards, images that evoke an emotional response.
I also managed to pop into the Tate Modern (amazing space) and walked past lots of galleries I didn't get time to go into - such as the National Portrait. London is calling!
I'm hoping to get out and take some photos tomorrow. Maybe being in the fresh air will revive my spirits?
